Overview
This article explains the process for reporting hazards during a routine, monthly OHS floor inspection.
Members of the Occupational Health & Safety Committee.
Step 1:
Open the Hazard Service Page on your mobile phone or laptop.
Step 2:
When ready, click Report Hazard and sign in using your ECU credentials.
*Report each new hazard separately.
Step 3:
Complete all required fields and any optional fields as needed to describe the hazard.
*For the easiest experience, we recommend that mobile users
use text-to-speech when completing text fields.
Step 4:
Click submit when complete.
It will be possible to edit and update the ticket later.
