1. Where can I find my Moodle course(s)? [Faculty / Student]
You can find your Moodle course(s) in your Moodle dashboard after you log into the Moodle from https://courses.ecuad.ca.
If you cannot find your courses there, please make sure to try the course filters on the top left of the dashboard. You can filter the courses by All (all courses except the ones removed by you), In Progress (courses that have already started but not yet ended), Future (courses that have not yet started), Past (courses that have ended), Starred (courses you have starred), and Removed from View (courses you have removed).

If you still cannot find your course shells, you may want to reach out to your instructor, because sometimes the course shell is initially hidden from students. Your instructor might need time to prepare the course content before making it visible. [Student]
2. What shoud I do if I cannot log into Moodle? [Faculty / Student]
If you forgot your username or password, for the quickest resolution, please attempt self-service for forgotten usernames or forgotten passwords*. Alternatively, you can also submit a ticket here to reset your password.
*At this time, self-service for forgotten passwords is not available for Continuing Studies (CS) students.
If you got error messages after your login, please reach out to us using our Learning Platforms support portal.

3. Can I have a combined shell that includes multiple sections of a course or even multiple courses? [Faculty]
Yes, If you want to have a combined course shell that shares course content with multiple sections of a course (or courses), please use our Learning Platforms support portal.
4. Can you migrate course content from my previous course shell to a new course shell? [Faculty]
Yes, as long as the content in your previous shell is owned by you, we can migrate it. Please submit a migration request through our Learning Platforms support portal.
