Payroll setup and onboarding for student workers, models, researchers, and non-bargaining unit (NBU) workers.

If you have not yet received the payroll package forms from your supervisor, you can download a copy here. For more information about student hiring please visit our Student Employment Site (sign in required). Please read the instructions carefully.
Once you have completed the package, come back here to upload it.

International Students: ensure you have a valid SIN number and work permit. Without these documents we are unable to employ you. Note that as soon as you graduate (or finish your studies), you are no longer eligible to work. Contact Student Services International Advisor for details.
