Please read each statement carefully. To successfully submit your application, you must consent to the following.

  1. The scholarship amount, if awarded, covers the full tuition fee for the program, but does not cover transportation, accommodation, supplies, or meals. I acknowledge that if awarded the scholarship, I or my parent/guardian will be responsible for any other expenses required to participate in the program.
