Harmony Premium: Installation and Activation

CAUTION - You must obtain a home use license key before you can complete these steps.

Step 1:

Download and run the Harmony 24 installer.

Use the latest version to match what is installed on campus.

Step 2:

Launch the License Wizard and click Activate License.

Step 3:

Choose Internet Activation and then Single User.

Step 4:

Enter your unique Product Code and click Activate.

Harmony will be activated until August 31st, 2025.

If activation fails

Check your Internet connection and try again.
Ensure you have entered your activation key correctly.

Reply to your Harmony request ticket to get help from IT Service Desk staff.

Transfer a license

It is possible to transfer your license and re-assign it to a different personal device.
Attempt at your own risk - Emily Carr will not issue you a second key.
See Returning & Transferring a Local License for step by step instructions.
Submit a ticket to Toon Boom support if you experience issues with the transfer.
