How to Activate Your License
You MUST use the unique code provided to you by Emily Carr University to complete the process on your personal device.
If activation fails:
- Please check your internet connection and try again.
- Please check that you've entered the serial code correctly.

To transfer license to another personal device:
- Avoid this if possible and attempt at your own risk.
- You may be able to remove/return the license and re-assign it to a different personal device by following the documentation below.
- If this transfer does not work, Emily Carr will not issue you a second code.
