- MacBook Pro M1 and M2 chips both work well with Harmony.

FAQs
What other options are available if I'm not approved for a Harmony Premium license?
To support those whose needs are best met by working at home, we have a limited number of take-home licenses available. Because Harmony is embedded in the 2nd year curriculum, we have prioritized these licenses for 2nd year students to use on their laptops or home workstations. The license expires after one year.
Students are encouraged to work on their projects on campus, in the Animation Studio. Our goal is to support a friendly, respectful and collaborative working environment where working side-by-side fosters learning for everyone.
Third and fourth year students have the option to explore other animation software for their productions. In fact, we encourage you to experiment with production methodologies and workflows, which can include expanding your software base. Adobe Animate, Clip Studio, Krita, Blender Grease Pencil and Procreate have been popular choices that offer both similar and different capabilities to Harmony.
