How to Use Microsoft Scheduling Polls

Challenge

Coordinating large meetings is tricky. Despite having visibility on individuals' busy/free status with Microsoft Scheduling Assistant, we don't always know what times our peers would prefer to meet.  

Solution

Instead of spamming your group with reply-all suggestions, or turning to 3rd party tools like Doodle, try Microsoft's own Scheduling Poll.  The app is fully integrated with Outlook & Microsoft Calendar, and can immediately suggest + prioritize multiple meeting times based on your guest's availability.
