How to Update Address in MyEC

Instructions

Step 1:

Sign in at https://myec.ecuad.ca/ and select User profile on the upper right.

If you have not registered a 2FA device, please see our setup guide.

Step 2: 

Scroll down and click the Add New Address button.

Your current addresses are listed here and can be removed later on.

Step 3:

Enter your new address details and click save.

If you are outside of the US/Canada please check the box and enter your Country.
