Eduroam is a free, secure international Wi-Fi service for educational institutions. |
When you first attempt to connect you be will be prompted to accept a certificate for Radius Wi-Fi.
- It is not possible to join the network until you accept.
- You may be required to accept the certificate again (e.g., if IT Services recently completed network maintenance)
- If you cannot connect and do not see a certificate prompt, click the 'Forget This Network' option and try again.
If you are on campus, unable to connect to Wi-Fi and need urgent internet access, please attempt these steps:
- Check https://www.ecuad.ca/alerts to learn if there are any ongoing service disruptions
- Use your wired connection (employees offices only)
- If you cannot connect to ECUAD or ECUAD-Student, try Eduroam or ECUAD-Guest instead
- Visit Service Desk (B1116) for assistance or call CTS from any campus wall phone
- Create a hot spot with using your smart phone

- If you're an instructor, researcher or student from a participating institution, you can use your credentials from your home school to connect.

Install the eduroam CAT (Configuration Assistance Tool).

Sign in with your ECU credentials.
Type your full username (**********@ecuad.ca) and use your ECU email password.
