What Can I Request?

Faculty may request:

  • custom configurations of software installed on classroom, studio, lab or remote computers, including version updates
  • additional software titles
  • changes to workstation layout
  • changes to workstation behaviour or policy

Please note that:

  • student requests are subject to faculty approval
  • requests for new software titles are subject to budgetary processes and IT Services approval
  • requests may require additional consultation with Technical Services staff and/or regular faculty members

Response Time

Please expect a response within 24 business hours. Resolution time depends on the nature of the request.
