Support Areas

Students may request a chosen/cultural name change for their physical card and Digital Wallet display name. You can now change your chosen/cultural names in MyEC > User Profile page. You can see the instructions in this link. 

Steps to request a card replacement:

1. If you need to replacement card due to a name change, go to MyEC > User Profile > Edit Personal Identity. If you lost your card and need a card replacement, skip this step. 

2. The updated name will be reflected across systems, including OneCard, within 48 hours. 

3. Submit this form to request a replacement card with updated name
