Eligibility
Available for employees only.
University laptops are assigned to employees of Emily Carr, including:
- Staff (Temporary and Permanent)
- Faculty (Regular)
Assigned devices may be requested for:
- Staff (casual and contract) with Manager's approval.
- Faculty (non-regular) with Dean's approval, if inventory allows.
Device upgrades and accessories are available by request, but are subject to review and approval from the employee's manager & IT Services.
Assigned devices are on 4 year lease cycle, requests for early renewal typically are only accepted due to device problems (battery, display, etc).
