Eligibility
Faculty and staff can use Camtasia for:
- Fast video editing (export and upload to Moodle with Kaltura)
- Recording your screen, cam, mic and system audio
- Apply cursor effects - good for software demos
- Apply titles, animations, transitions and more
- Record voice-overs
Students may not request Camtasia at this time.
FIPPA Compliancy
Camtasia is a stand-alone application running from your computer.
Note: the interactive video quiz feature is not FIPPA compliant as it requires students to log in - use the Kaltura Video Quiz feature instead.
