This form is used to request access to ECU university data which may/may not include
- documents on devices and shares
- Email and Calendar accounts
- University cloud storage
Approvals and Authorization
All requests will require approval for CIO, Vice Provost Students (for Students ) and AVP Human Resources and Privacy officer (for employees).
