Response & Resolution Time
We will respond to submissions within two weeks after the submission deadline. Resolution time depends on the request.
Exhibition Support Furniture
Every exhibiting student is responsible for their exhibition support furniture. Please note that the university has a limited amount of support and display furniture such as tables and plinths. If there are technical questions about individual projects and exhibition support, students are asked to contact the area technicians or the Show team (theshow@ecuad.ca). Once a student has submitted a Grad Show application they will receive a ticket notification. Students can then reply to these at any time if they have further questions or updates about the proposal.
As there is limited availability of support furniture, we can’t guarantee specific furniture will be allocated to all students requesting it. The allocation of the exhibition furniture and supports will be finalized in mid-April and is confirmed by the exhibition committee.
