Booking and approvals for student activities:
- clubs and meetings
- class critiques
- filming on campus
Booking, risk assessment and approvals for community events:
- events open to the public
- events requiring technical support
- events where food and/or alcohol will be served
- events requiring additional staffing for security and/or housekeeping
