Graduate students must complete this consent form before after-hours access to the Centre for Digital Media (CDM), 577 Great Northern Way, Vancouver, BC can be granted. After-hours access is defined as 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, or as otherwise posted.
Submitting this form confirms that you:
- Are a current ECU graduate student
- Have reviewed the Graduate Students After-Hour Studio Access Procedure
- Understand the safety requirements, permitted activities, and emergency procedures
- Agree to comply with all expectations while working after-hours
