Overview
Students sometimes seek authentication assistance from support staff outside of IT Services. Help ensure the fastest resolution for them by submitting a ticket on their behalf.
Audience
Staff members or faculty who have been approached by students for help signing in.
Instructions

Step 1:
Open a private browser tab to ECU Service
Desk's Authentication page.

Step 2:
Complete the fields from
the student's perspective, using any
information that's been shared with you.

|
Step 3:
Enter the email address that the student
used to contact you, complete the
reCAPTUPA challenge and click submit.
