Print + Scan

To access your ECU Print Account:

• Ensure your devices is connected to the ECUAD-Student campus Wi-Fi network
• Go to https://print.ecuad.ca/ and sign in with your myEC credentials
• See this instructional video for more information

• Graduating students can request to close their accounts and receive any remaining balance using this form.
  • If an account exceeds the maximum allowable amount of $100.00, the request for refund and closure of the account will be denied until the user has either transferred the exceeding balance to another user or spent the exceeding amount.  
• All refund requests related to printer, job or billing errors can be placed directly from within your ECU Print account.
