General Information

Paid parking access is available for purchase by eligible Emily Carr students and employees.

Parking is limited and submitting a request does not guarantee that a parking pass will be available.

Note: Please expect a response within approximately 4 business days.

Student Parking

Students may submit a request for parking access if they wish to purchase a parking pass, update vehicle information, cancel an existing parking arrangement, or report a parking-related issue.

Request Process

Step 1: Submit a parking request from this page.

Step 2: You will receive further instructions by email, including confirmation and next steps for payment, if applicable.

Step 3: Facilities will email you when you can begin using parking, if your request is approved.

Staff / Faculty Parking

Staff and faculty may use this service to request parking access, update vehicle details, extend or cancel an existing arrangement, or report a parking concern.

Due to limited availability, staff and faculty parking requests are reviewed based on current capacity and operational considerations.

Reminder: If your vehicle information changes, please submit an update request as soon as possible so parking records remain current.

Sessional Parking

Sessional employees may submit a request for parking support related to their teaching or work schedule, including new access requests, updates to vehicle information, or extensions where applicable.

Availability may vary depending on the academic term and current parking demand.
