TeamDynamix (TDX) is a popular work management solution that allows diverse university support teams to triage requests using tickets, approvals and workflow automation. IT Services implemented TDX in the summer of 2022 and have since expanded its use to several other support teams across ECU.

All digital technology support requests including inquires, incidents across all of our diverse support teams. ITS also tracks hardware and software assets, contracts and planned changes using integrated TDX feature sets and publishes self-service articles in the Knowledge Base. |
