Can't Sign Into Service Desk?

'Access Denied' error when signing into Service Desk

Service Desk uses the same credentials as most systems at ECU. If you are experiencing issues with 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) or have forgotten your username or password, this will impact your ability to sign in.

Solutions

  • Create a ticket using this page if you require more assistance

You may have another username with Emily Carr - either to access certain systems, or because you requested it be changed.  One username may have hyphens or extra numbers (e.g. you must type ecarr123@ecuad.ca to access one service, but use emily-carr@ecuad.ca to access another).
